to rule 16 of the original regulation

The following rule (1A) is added after sub-rule (1) of rule 16 of the original regulation:- “(1A) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), from the date of commencement of this by-law Municipalities and sub-metropolitan municipalities must keep accounts of accrual transactions in accordance with this rule within three years in a phased manner, other municipalities within five years, and newly formed municipalities within five years.
